Exchanging Images with your own

Exchanging our default images with your own brand images can make a big difference in the appearance of the product finder.

Adding an Image Banner in the Start Slide

Prepare a Banner in the following format: 2000x500px and add it to your website media to copy & paste the Image URL.

  1. Click on Administration > Edit Questionnaire > Question Flow

  2. Click on the edit pen of the first slide

  3. Click on Intro Graphic to adjust the visual part of the start slide. You can select between Nothing, Image Banner or Product Previews.

  5. Scroll down and place the image URL of the banner you would like to display in Banner URL (if “Image Banner” was selected above)

  6. Make sure you add the image URL to all languages by navigating at the top of the slide editor

  7. Click Save

  8. Preview your Settings by going back and clicking on Edit Questionnaire > Overview

Exchanging Images & Content for Skin Tone Slides

You can exchange the skin tone images with your own. To do so you will have to define images for the following skin tones:

  • Fair

  • Beige

  • Bronze

  • Brown

  • Deep

Add the images to your website by uploading them to the media library. Click right on the image and select Open Image in New Tab. Copy and paste the Image URL from the new tab and add it to the slide settings in the next step.

 

  1. Click on Administration > Edit Questionnaire > Question Flow

    1. Click on the edit pen of the slide with the question “Do you have an existing foundation?”

    2. Scroll down and place the specific image URL to the respective field for each skin tone

    3. Make sure you add the links to all languages by navigating at the top of the slide editor

    4. Click Save

    5. Preview your Settings by going back and clicking on Edit Questionnaire > Overview

 

To rename the skin tones you may follow these steps

  1. Click on Administration > Edit Questionnaire > Question Flow

    1. Click on the edit pen of the slide with the question “Do you have an existing foundation?”

    2. Scroll down to the fields for Label “Fair”, Label “Beige” and so on. 

    3. Replace the Default Value with your new name for each skin tone.

    4. Make sure you change it in all languages by navigating at the top of the slide editor.

    5. Click Save

    6. Preview your Settings by going back and clicking on Edit Questionnaire > Overview
